Many many thanks to the people of Greenside, Ryton, Crawcrook, and our surrounding villages, for inviting us to the marvellous fundraiser at Greenside Social Club on Saturday night. This was to help students from Thorp Academy fund their working trip to Borneo. Thank you as well to everyone who good-naturedly allowed me to take their photographs, including the two impressive young students on the door who feature at the top of this page. There was some brilliant entertainment by The Tenth Avenue Band, an eclectic bunch of immense talent, they provided a fantastic mix of music. Well done everyone!
